Invite all his friends over and tell them to bring beer and such and when everything is over and all has left, then give him the rest of his present, you in the nude! Good luck.

You could write up 21 "IOUs" for him to redeem with you whenever he wants. These could be things like a 5-minute massage, etc. Why not have a quiet dinner at home on the weekday (but buy some champagne & flowers along with a cake), then go out to an event on the weekend. That way you aren't spending a lot on both days.

My idea would be to go to his FAVORTITE restaurant on the night of his birthday(during the week). After you get back from dinner do something special like give him a full body oil message or something that he is very into but is stil cheap. Even if its like a batting cage or Playstation or something like that, get into it with him so he has a good night. For the weekend, I would try to call a few of his closest friends and get a surprise b-day party together for him. Meet them at a bar something. You could do a few balloons and some party favors or something. Im sure the alcohol you buy him will be a big enough present for the evening!! Hope everything goes good for yah! GOOD LUCK!

When my husband turned 21 we went to dinner and then to a late movie. It was nice and relaxing. Just let him choose the place and movie. Well thats what I did. Only you really know your husband and what he likes. If he likes cars find a car show thats close by, or if hes a geek/nerd go look at games and computer stuff with him. Just make it his day of doing all of the things he loves doing. You dont have to spend money to have fun, you just have to look around for neat stuff to do. Good luck.

Maybe a surprise party? You don't have to have a lot of money to do that. You can always make it a BYOB party and maybe ask some friends to help by bringing a dish (people love a party and don't mind doing that). If they are good friends, they'll understand the money situation. Instead of buying a cake - make one -- you can do that with little money.

If your husband loves you it really does not matter. Keep it simple.Buy a decent birthday card. Write a small verse for him to make it very spacial only for him. Buy him a small gift- cigarette case or a lighter if he smokes-A good book if he likes reading. He will love it.

Have a BYOB party at your house. Under your clothes have sexy lingerie and a bald beaver. Dont tell him until halfway through the party. When everyone leaves, let him indulge. Ride him like he owes you money.
