Yes. If you walk the opposite direction from which you came while walking backwards, you are still naturally going forward.

Absolutely, in/on any surface that is propelled forward, for example you could walk backwards in a subway or bus or plane or train, while the vehicle was propelled forwards, If I am not mistake, there are also forward moving surfaces at airports, etc.
