girl troubles, if she is the trouble girl? I mean without telling her it is her, just asking what i should do and such. I couldnt tell her directly because she has a bf so that would be weird, but I value her advice above anyone elses, so should I ask her? Should i keep it hypothetical, or just not tell her the name of the girl i like (her)?

If you value her advice, then definetly ask her. You could also just make up a name and say she lives in a city a few hours away. You could tell her you have no idea what girls think and you'd like her opinion- what she would prefer if it was her- since she's female and such.

Good luck! I hope everything works out.

Awwwww. First, let me stop swooning. This is like a movie plot or something. *sigh* It might be nice to hear what you have to say, but are you prepared to hear what she has to say? Are you willing to risk your friendship in order to tell her how you feel? I say go for it, but brace yourself. Ask her if things are great w/ her bf. Ask if anything is missing? If there are, then continue to tell her all your girl problems. Lay it on thick! Hug her, then give her a pre-written note containing all your feelings. Tell her not to read it until after you have left. In the note ask her to meet you a day or so later if she wishes for things to romantically change between you. If she wants things to remain the same and the friendship isn't going to suffer to call you and tell you. *sigh* Good luck, I'll cross my fingers for you. Let me know what happens. :O)

Aw that's so sweet. Maybe you should keep it on the 'hush hush' though at least until you know if there's a chance that she could like you back. You don't want to make a mess of your good friendship but you can't hide it from her forever. Give it a little time or if you think she should know and you like her a lot tell her.

i have learned the hard way.. its better to tell the "trouble person" whether or not they have a boyfriend or girlfriend
you should lay our feelings out.. not throw urself at her/him but tell them how u feel and why you feel that way in a private manner... on the phone or one on one at coffee.
i learned from not talkin to the person the problem got worse, and i was left alone..
i learned from that mistake the first time.. and after that .. the problem was resolved.... we had mutual feelings and everything worked out for the best in the end.
it was weird.. with the other person in the picture at first.. but things changed.
i wish you luck.

how bout ur confusing me.. if it's about her then tell her, it doesnt matter that she has a bf because if she wants to stay w/her bf then u have to accept it and move on..

or u can just keep it to urself and when they break up if ever then let her know how u feel..

because right now u have no right to bring her any addt'l burdens....

Why not just be striaght up with all your facts and write down what you realy are trying to put forth.... and then be point blank honest.. honesty is the policy.

woah!
hee... well I say you go tell her, obviously without revealing any names.
unless you feel uncomfortable seeking for advice from her. ♥
