Don't rely on herbs although omega 3 is supposed to improve concentration levels as is ginko biloba. I would recommend visiting gp and describing exact syptoms to them they will prescribe necessary meds if any needed and diagnose problem if there is any. Everyone forgets things once in a while like when you walk into a room and forget why you went in there. You are not going to get any great answers on here only person who cvan help and refer you for necessary tests is your gp.

I don't believe you have a mental illness. There are several memory herbs on the market such as Ginkgo biloba. It's up to you but you might consider talking with your doctor.... there may be an underlying cause.

Ginko Biloba and co q10 have been shown to have a positive effect on memory loss ,that being said a lot of things can cause the symptoms that you describe, like stress, not enough to eat, not enough fluids,an infection somewhere in the body ect

Not sure if you have a mental health probme or not. I'd go to a doctor first, tell them what is happening to you. Then they can recommend you see a therapist or physicologist that can target what might be the cause or reasons for this. I hope this answer helps you out there.
