No it's more like the complete rubber necking lane that a few skillful drivers are stuck in as all of the rest of the people slow down way more than necessary and make inane comments while observing two crashed vehicles where one has obviously rear ended the other like "Gee, I wonder what happened?" People are standing around talking to a policeman while looking at a minor dent and another driver slowly passing by comments "Do you think anyone was hurt?" Meanwhile people who are interested in getting to their destination and who can see that there isn't any need for any more outside assistance fume as traffic slowly creeps past the side show.

Information is information. Nobody said it was necessarily the Accurate Information Superhighway.
Surely you have not surfed the Internet enough if you believe all the other information on it to be accurate and intelligent across the board.
