when you say "no one" do you just mean the people that you know or all the people that you have come in contact with over the last two weeks? if you have any type of bug in your hair(other then a flea, or a fly) it is a safe bet that it is either a second cousin or a close relative of head lice and therefore you should use the shampoo to remove them .

I'm not sure what could they be, maybe some type of parasite, but with a lice shampoo, they are have a very high chance of dying and leaving your head.

They must be head lice,, even if you don't know where you caught them from. Use a lice shampoo.

They could be lice, fleas, ticks, bedbugs or earwigs.....You need to see a doctor or get deloused.
