I have never been a believer that age matters, but then again if u are already feeling something weird about it, who knows whats really going through ur head. It maybe just that its something new, she is young outgoing and very intelligent as you have put it. But if it is something that u truly feel, dont hold back. and with her only being 17 just about to turn 18 an older man is always something that a girl looks for cause he has his crap straight, ya know what i mean? i just hope all works out for u goodluck and i hope that i helped u out :)

first are you willing to have a relationship with someone at your work? You know, people change too from 17-24. Heck i'm 22 now, and I acted totally different when I was 17, or at least had a different state of mind. But if you think it's a good idea, then it's ok, as long as you are ok with working with her if you guys ever break up.

Wait until she's 18 honey. If your feeling put off about it, it's your conscience trying to lead you in the right direction. We all know right from wrong and this is going to raise a few eyebrows. Once she's of age, then ask her out, you'll be glad you did. All these feelings you have now of uncertainty won't be there.

Well i dont really think age is such a big deal as people put it to be..if she is mature enough for u then go for it, plus if she is turning eighteen soon i guess you have nothin to loose. Its all about the state of mind of a person. Hope it all works out!

Wait until December to pursue anything. It would be your best bet. Just hang out, NOTHING else. If you think you can't hold back when you're with her, then don't see her until she's legal.

Yes. Don't date anyone under 18, and don't date anyone that's not within 4 years of your age.

You're OK if you wait until she's 18; maybe a friendly date or two until then, at most.

wait! please for the love of God, wait! Age and "maturity" doesn't mean everything is a -OK. Just give it a little time and see if she is all that. But for goodness sake don't pursue anything before Dec.
