What if you were born in Mexico, or any third world country, and had to live in those conditions, what would you do? what is their responsibility? Do you mean welfare and taking care of their people... I agree they should. But one president coming in (like Fox) after years of a corrupt party (who are still the majority in the other houses) changing everything for the better in one term.....I just dont think it is feasable. Give it some time...til then, each family will have to take care of itself.
