Pulling them off can tear their skin, cut around each foot with scissors leaving little circles and they can run around jumping and rolling like a cat does when you put stickers on the bottom of their feet, lol. Actually I use instant kill traps, but only in my home, I don't kill any pests outside my home if they don't pose a danger, but once in my house they are where they don't belong.

Neither. Sticky traps are one of the most cruelest ways to get rid of mice. You can't pull them off without ripping their legs off. I use the natural method. Cats.

Um, they'll die anyway. Pulling them off of the sticky traps peels the skin off of their feet.... I suggest pounding them with something to kill them quicker and then throw them away. Or buy a cat.

Sticky traps are severely inhumane. I suggest buying cruelty free traps which catch them without any harm and you then release them into the woods guilt free.

Edit: I have heard you can use soap or better yet this stuff called Goo Gone that disolves grease.

i don't think of you ought to permit the mice go through for 3-4 days, this is fairly merciless and pointless. Throwing them in a bucket of water could be a greater efficient way of killing them even however drowning continues to be a very unsightly thank you to die. i could in simple terms recommend making use of a mouse seize on the grounds this is reusable and optimistically it is going to wreck its neck and kill it tremendously much rapidly. whether it would not wreck its neck it nevertheless is unlikely to stay for days and no count if it continues to be alive once you hit upon it you may actually throw it in a bucket of water. in addition they have mouse traps that the mice walk into and cant get out of via fact the door in user-friendly terms is going one way. in case you do not desire to kill the mice than you ought to use a variety of and in simple terms walk a ways from the domicile and push the seize door open with a stick and watch the mouse run away.

I refuse to use sticky traps but I will use regular mouse traps that kill the mouse instantly. Mice spread disease and are filthy creatures but I don't want to see any animal suffer a slow death.

I think you should let them die cause i assume thats why you set the traps in the first place anyway. On the other hand if you want to keep them as pets you should not let them die.

Put them in a plastic bag, trap and all, and smack their head with a hammer.

It's quick, though not extremely pleasant. But consider the fear and pain they will experience as they struggle to free themselves while they slowly starve...

Yes, kill them quickly.

(You can't get them off without ripping their bodies apart. And besides, if you release them, they'll simply come right back.)

I bet you have dogs, don't you.

Our neighbors complain about the rodent infestation in our neighborhood.

The neighbors on both sides of us have dogs, but we don't.

They have cats too. Cat's don't like dogs.

Their cats come into our yard to hang out.

We don't have any rodents because we have our neighbor's cats.

What are sticky traps? Never needed any.
