You know, I am a girl and three times, I have had that happen to me: I have been obsessed with a guy and then finally when I convinced myself that he isn’t for me, he shows interest in me... a lot of interest.
I really don’t know what you should do. She may be like me where she decided you weren't for her, but she could also be giving you a taste of your own medicine. You could ask around with her friends to get her opinion or observe her body language and character when she’s with you. If you want to go and do the obvious route, just approach her. :)

This is called "THE GAME" and if you don't want or know how to play it, then get out.
Lots of people enjoy "the chase" and how much they can get someone to chase them. They will either grow out of it, or have many bad relationships. In the end if they never get past this they end up alone and lonely.

Tell the girl to stop chasing you around and ask her why are you keep chasing me do you have something to say to me? I use to chase a guy I did like and he kept sitting somewherelse in the gym but he got mad at me for it. Well hopefully she stops chasing you around. Does she have a crush on you? maybe she likes you.

im about to do that too. its just so tiring. like when you care for someone and you want to make that someone feels he is special but he ignores you... its so tiring. ultimately you yourself will ignore that someone and go on with your life and be happy. :)
