Should I dye my bangs pink?

Question

I have dark brown shoulder-length hair that is layered around the jawline and long side-swept bangs. should i dye them pink? or maybe a different color?

i'm sort of a rebel punk.

You should put some colored highlights in your hair, don't just dye your bangs, that would look like your wearing different hair, put pink highlights/chunks all over and put a few through your bangs then everything will blend in together.

If you're Punk, sure or maybe a lavender. What color are your eyes? Do color maybe the same as your eyes. Well wait you said you have brown hair, I know, do the bangs a copper color

If your school we allow it. My daughter had half pink and half black at one time during last summer. It was very cool looking. But her school requires hair color that only occurs naturally in nature. She has had almost every color imaginable. She is a cosmetology student so she is always experimenting with color and cut.

do whatever you would like... i've had my hair every color of the rainbow...just get ready to have to re color it every week or so, the color fades so fast! semi-permanent color (most vibrant colors) is only meant to last 3 days - 6 weeks. pink is a great color to experiment with, as well as purple, fuschia, orange, lime green, turquoise, and indigo blue...red is the hardest to correct, so be careful if you choose that one.

I have naturally dark brown hair and I dyed my hair pink a few years ago when I had longer hair. I can't say you should dye just the bangs pink, but who cares what we think anyway. You obviously think it would look good since you're considering it.

pink looks kool on tips of the hair just dnt go swimming 4 a week or 2 other wise it fades.

sounds cute to me!! i had a navy blue streak and that was cute, but i have lighter brown hair. but you might want to go for a darkish pink-- not pastel or bubblegum pink, more of a magenta or a rose...

That sounds cool, but try applying a color that washes out before you make the final decision. That way you can try many different colors before deciding on one.

Or blue, I once dyed all of my shoulder length hair hot pink. It was so cool.
