use a shine serum befor drying. toni&guy has a great one.
take a vitamin every day. make sure you are taking 100% of the daily value of calcium. Avon sells vitamins specifically for healthy hair/nails.

I dont know how to make it grow faster, but there is something called Bio Silk which you can get at salons that works great. It makes your hair feel really silky and shiney. I love it!!

Garnier Fructis has some great conditioner, I think it's called sleek/shine. Another quick fix to make your hair extra soft is to moisturize, then smooth your hair with your hands afterwards. The residue lotion makes your hair very shiny too.

some people say wash it with aspirin or pantene. To make it grow faster I read in a magazine to masage the scalp every day. It gets the circulation flowing and to eat protein, especially meat.

Nothing can make it grown faster, but for silkiness go to your local salon and get a hot oil treatment. They do wonders.

I have fine hair as well and I use Motions pomade. To help my hair grow i condition twice a weak.

Use I.C., a shampoo with tea in it. Also, put peroxide in your shampoo. Finally, make sure Zinc is in your diet.

use conditioner daily, take a bath/shower daily so your hair is clean. hot oil treatments can work. Or have it relaxed/rebonded.
