i ate garlic bread at pizza hut. i want to made it at home....

any one know the exact recipe....
thanx in advance....plz serious answers...

this is bread sticks pizza hut style...but I'm sure it could be adapted

1 1/3 cups warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oregano
3 tablespoons powdered milk
2 teaspoons yeast
Topping
2 tablespoons dry parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon oregano
1/4 cup olive oil


Add the dough ingredients to the bread machine in the order given, and set to first rise.
When this has finished, roll the dough out into a rectangle which is 1/2-3/4 inch thick.
With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1x4 inch strips.
Place on greased cookie sheets and allow the bread sticks to rise until doubled.
Meanwhile, stir the topping seasonings together with the parmesan cheese.
Brush the breadsticks heavily with olive oil.
Sprinkle with the topping. I use an empty spice bottle to shake it on evenly.
Bake the bread sticks at 350 for 12 to 15 min's until golden.
Serve warm with Dipping Sauce

Garlic Bread
Yield: 6 servings.

Prep Time:10 Minutes
Cook Time:5 Minutes
Ready In:15 Minutes
Servings:6 (change)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon sage
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 French baguette, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to broil.

In a medium bowl combine butter, mayonnaise, sage, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Spread mixture evenly on bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place bread under broil for 5 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

Just go to your local grocery store and by a loaf of french bread, a clove of garlic, and get a stick of butter. Toast the bread to your desired crispiness and remove then take the garlic and rub the clove all over the bread and pour the butter on top of the garlic and bread.
Remember remove the garlic by taking a section from the bulb and smashing it with the back of a knife so that it is easier to remove the skin and melt the butter in the microwave or you could take garlic power and add it to your butter and brush on your toasted bread but fresh garlic is sooooooooooo much better.

One Loaf Itilian Bread

2 Sticks Butter Softened( let it sit in a bowl at room temp COVERED for a couple hours)

2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

1 Package of your Fav Cheese

Mix garlic and Butter together Slice Loaf of bread down the middle and coat with the garlc butter mixture cover with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese starts to brown!

Get a loaf of French bread, split it lengthwise, butter it heavily, shake garlic salt on it to taste, maybe add a little dried parsley, and pop it in the broiler or oven until it's toasted.

You can add anything on it that you would to a pizza.

take Texas Toast
butter with butter/garlic powder mixture
place under broiler until golden

most supermarkets sell Texas Toast
its thicker/bigger than regular bread

mix butter with garlic powder (NOT GARLIC SALT) and a little salt, mix in some Italian seasoning than spread it on some bread and bake it...
