A fair number of people use drugs as a means of enhancing their spirituality.

Personally I have found that through practice and self discipline I can alter my state of consciousness at will. The advantage to this is that I maintain my ability to reason and think clearly.

Very often with the use of chemicals one cannot be sure if it is just the drugs talking.

But... YMMV (Your mileage may vary)

More than likely, the person you're hearing from is masquerading as God since you're acting in rebellion to the guidance God gives. You might want to test that spirit. Its real easy, but you can't let the spirit weasel out of a direct answer. Just ask him if Jesus is the only begotten Son of God. An evil spirit will not answer in the affirmative.

If it is an evil spirit and he knows he's been found out, things might get ugly. I'd recommend you do this in the presence of a Christian who can pray, and I mean pray with power.

Is that right?

I really want to try. But the problem is, my government will arrest me. They have studies to shows that it is bad for body.

And, in Romans 13, we were told to obey the Government, especially when it is for the common good.

On top of that, Jesus taught that body is the temple of Holy Spirit, and should not destory it.

So my friend, as much as I want to talk more to God via Ecstasy, I cannot, for fear that God scold me.

Thus, I still stay with my old bible reading, and faithful praylife.

I think that is why.

Most Christians tend to use fence poles and cheese sandwiches instead when they talk (pray) to God. Consider the following.

People say they talk to aliens, people say they talk to God. The first lot are called nutters, the second lot are called religious. There's a lot of money to be made out of religion and it has become a well rehearsed play over time. Religious people also pray (talk) to fence poles and cheese sandwiches.

Christians are below average intelligence and tend to be very gullible, that's why when a fence pole or a cheese sandwich has an imprint that looks like a religious face, such as God or Our Lady, millions will flock to the spot and worship. It's also known as sheep to the slaughter syndrome.

All religions are just fantasy or mythology or cults, call it whatever you wish. The main religions also have magic tricks which are called miracles in Christianity.

Just watch what happens when a magic trick occurs, for example, the fence pole or cheese sandwich image starts to weep. Just watch how the flock of followers behave. People find it hard to accept reality so escape into fantasy and that’s what religion satisfies. Miracles are all in the mind and are nothing more than trickery.

Probably because you are not hearing from the God of Heaven but from the "god" of this world. In the New Testament there is a Greek word that is usually translated as "sorcery". The word itself is pharmakeús.

Revelation 21:7-8 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers (pharmakeús), and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The word pharmakeús from which we get our English word pharmacy, refers to an enchanter with drugs, or a sorcerer. When a person seeks divine revelation through drug use they unwittingly open up a spiritual channel that allows seducing demonic spirits to contact them. These spirits will often seek to deceive a person into thinking that they are of holy origin.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit explicitly says, that in latter times some will fall away from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

So unless you hear God telling you to repent of your sins and to live a holy life that honors Christ Jesus his dear Son, it is likely that the "god" you are hearing is the devil or one of his minions who is seeking to deceive you and murder you in the course of that deception.

I don't like to make absolute statements, however -- neither you nor the fundamentalists that think God talks to them directly under normal circumstances are talking to God -- neither are those who think they find him in the Bible. You are talking to a portion of yourself - your own subconscious. You will gain no genuinely new knowledge, though you may (or may not) gain better understanding of yourself, or, on the not so good side -- you may become meglomaniac or obsessive.

*shrug*

I would get off the drugs and the religious extremism, and enjoy living.

It's better than you've been taught and better than you believe.

Kind thoughts,

God is not talking to you. Everything that happens while on drugs is a product of your own mind. That is the most important thing to understand when using drugs.

Christians do not need drugs to talk to God. And I think your hallucinations are getting the best of you.. I seriously doubt it is God doing the talking.

God talks to you and tells you how to free his people while your slaved to a drug? Sorry, its not God your being in communication with. Enslavement whether its by force or by choice is a punishment not a reward in Gods repritore.

Every individual has got his/her own way to communicate with their respective Gods and it differs for everybody..

Some prefer Zen Hindu Brahminism, some prefer Sufism, some Hinduiasm, some like sadeness, some like happiness...It all depends on situation one is in.
