Eggs are cheap.
Try this for ramen. Cook in plain water and drain it. Melt a couple of tablespoons of margarine in a pan and add the packet of flavoring from the ramen and mix it with the margarine.
Pour it over the ramen noodles, or toss the noodles into the pan and coat it with the mixture. Yum....much more flavor than the originial way.

Tuna salad and bread got me through some tough times. Tuna melt is an upgrade if you can afford cheese.
Potatoes are cheap, rice is even cheaper. Fry some rice with eggs, add soy sauce and you've got yourself a decent meal.
Hang in there...

tuna fish, peanut butter and jelly, a box of macaroni and a jar of sauce are inexpensive. Oatmeal. Cold cuts. Good luck with the job search. Scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs are good too.

pasta is always cheap and you could put a lot of different sauces on it. If you have a dollar store try shopping for canned goods there. I wish you all the best.

First, apply for unemployment benefits. Until they start supporting you, consider cheese/yogurt/milk, bread/creal, eggs, steamed/stir-fry veggies that you can make at home, rice, fruits, etc. This way you will still be covering all aspects of the food pyramid.
