Water is the healthiest, juices may have more in the way of vitamins but it also has more sugar. Milk may have more vitamins also, but it has more fat (and that no fat stuff is just white water anyway, better to go with actual water). Water is better at cleaning out your systems anyway, without adding all kinds of crazy things. You'd be better to get your vitamins from food anyway.

Yes water IS the best. Juice is a food and should not be used as a beverage because of the high sugar and calorie content. Get your vitamins and minerals from the actual fruit because you also need the fiber. Juice as part of a meal should be considered food and used only if you don't have the time to eat the whole food. Water may not have vitamins but it does contain some essential minerals and your kidneys will thank you for not overloading them with unneccessary sugar. Just remember,Juice is a food and should not be overdone just like any food.Moderation in all things.

I'm guessing it would be better to drink water with no calories in it unless you are going to try what they call a juice diet and drink only juice for 24 hours. Water is still the best way to rehydrate your body. When you think about it, everything that your body makes such as blood and saliva is water based.

Juice is full of sugar, even if it's just natural sugar. If you eat a healthy diet you will get enough vitamins from simply eating fruit and veggies. It is recommend that the average person should only drink 8 oz of juice a day. Too much juice leads to diabetes, and becoming over weight. One glass of orange juice is equivalent to eating about 8-10 oranges and 6 tsps of sugar. That's a ton of natural sugar. Imagine if you drank several glasses of OJ a day. One glass has 100 percent of the vitamin C that you need for a day.

Hands down the overall HEALTHIEST drink for any body IS water.
It is much better to get you vitamins and minerals from "whole foods" ... in other words eat an orange or apple instead of just consuming the juice.

it depends on the diet.. it is vital for a diet to include vitamins. if the diet is based on fruits and vegetables you shouldn't drink many juice. there are diets that are based on juice though..

Idk, i mean, there is no one drink that could supply all your daily needs and juices also have water but in terms of amount of liquid you need a day, people need to drink 8 glasses of water a day supposedly and no other liquid comes close to that amount.
