Because at least a few of them are trying to engage in civilized discussion. This is a good thing. By acting foul and aggressive, you give atheists like me a bad name.

ROFLMAO
(you could use spell check)
A true christian will answer a question that has at least some value to it.

A true Christian can separate the man (or woman) from there sin, so because of that, there is no meanness meant!
If my brother or sister (by blood) were to ask me a question, I might be harder on them because they should know better, then many on here!

besides why take it out on you, it raises my blood pressure, and you would not hear anyway.

I will not bless you because it would mean that I take part in you actions so.

Have a good day!

God loves all of His children. And, the farther you stray from His path, the more he wants you back. Saying 'God Bless You' is not a curse. It is a polite, Christian greeting. REAL Chrisitans are polite and wish everyone peace, love, and prosperity. We also do not preach, but we do try to help others live a good life. Peace be to you, brother.

He is risen.

OK, so you're role-playing. You're Satan (beelzebub) and people say "God Bless you" when others sneeze.

Maybe the request for a blessing is for the person sneezing, or perhaps it's for Satan himself - he needs God as much as each of us. The Pope initiated the practice of asking for God's blessing when others sneeze, from what I read.

I suggest that you try fulfilling a new role: as one who follows Jesus Christ. May God bless you.

Why do you say that polite answers from Christians are a "surprise"?

If you want to get some nasty and vicious answers, go to the Gay and Lesbian section and post a message in which you oppose homosexuality or the homosexual political agenda.

Do that, and I guarantee you that you'll get the most vicious hate mail you'll ever receive -- from a group of people who portray themselves as champions of tolerance, no less.

Believe me, I know.

Well, those who seek to observe the teaching of Lord Jesus should do so, for he taught a lot about forgiving, and to bless the enemy. Pray for them as well.

Why should u be suprised? Perhaps too much are not following the Teaching of Jesus.

People used to say "God bless you" after a sneeze because they literally thought Satan was attacking your health.

Obviously people know better now and we only say it only as social custom and to be polite.

Maybe the true image of Christianity is coming out in people.
Yes, Christians make mistakes like other people; but as I have seen somewhere; Christians are not perfect, just forgiven. Maybe they are passing along that forgiveness.
