Then they wouldnt have to worry about going to prison and having Americans having to back them...these arent just civilians...they are our government! Also Cant the Minutemen and other vigelantes just let the government do their job??

Those Agents You Are Referring To
Were DOING THEIR JOBS

That Perp That Got Shot In The @$$
Had 800 LBS Of Marijuana In His Van
He Was Attempting To Smuggle Into The Country

He Was Ordered To Stop
And When He Didnt
He Got A Cap In His @$$

If The Situation Was IDENTICAL
Except It Was An ARAB (As Opposed To A Mexicano)
And It Was A WMD (As Opposed To Drugs)

Those Two AGENTS Would Be Getting A Medal
And Being Called HEROS Right now
Instead Of Being RAILROADED

After 9/11,
The President Called On ALL CITIZENS To Be Vigilant

You Idiots Need To Make Up Your Minds

One Minute You State That Our Government SUX
Because They Wont Let You Have Your Way

The Next Minute You State That We Should Let Them
"DO THEIR JOB"

WE THE PEOPLE Are Doing The Job
That OUR GOVERNMENT Will Not Do

No they can't. This has become an invasion by Mexican nationals supported by the Mexican government. Other nationalities are coming across the border, but the majority are Mexican nationals. Millions of illegal border crossers is too many for the Government to handle. So when that occurs, other help is needed. If we followed the laws, all of them would be back across now. They keep saying we are not criminals, yes you are, when you crossed illegally you broke the law and are running from immigration that makes you a criminal.

As a resident of AZ living near the border for app 20 years, the Border Patrol are extremely overburdened. The Minutemen do not actually apprehend immigrants. They watch desert areas and call in and notify border patrol agents to come and apprehend the immigrants themselves. Minutemen are not allowed to apprehend them.

I believe these two border patrol agents just did their jobs. The immigrant ran, he was running drugs, and they only shot him in the butt once. What's the problem?

If our borders were secure, we wouldn't have this problem , nor would we be having this discussion.

Can't they just follow the laws? That can be said for the illegals too ... if they just followed the immigration law, none of this would have happened .... why crack down on our border patrol agents when it seems OK for 20 million illegals to break the law? Illegals seem to tug at the heart strings of the bleeding hearts, our own men and women who are under attack defending our borders are vilified ...

And we have Minutemen on the border just because the governmet DOESN'T do their job ...

Vigilantes arise when governments fail to do their job. That is why the Minutemen are on the border. Our government refuses to do anything but play politics with the border situation so people are taking it into their own hands. Any negative consequences that might occur rest squarely on the government for failing in its duty to secure the borders.

The government isn't doing their job, so citizens need to. After all, the government represents the citizens.

Personally I'd like to see more illegals killed; maybe they'll stop coming and breaking the law then.

The government is NOT doing its job. When that happens you see citizen groups become active.

The government can follow the laws. Same with individual people.

Many individuals in the govt simply choose not to. Same with people.

The government is doing a better job for corporate interests than they are doing for the citizens.
