maybe you didnt see the special on this guy where he was busted for selling steroids but other than that hos right arm is all deformed cause the had to cut into it to relase some blood but other than that he is called the man whos arms exploded

Steroid abuse at its worst. TLC aired a program, "The Man with Exploding Arms" about this guy (Gregg Valentino). He admits he was a fanatic about steroid abuse.
