I have got my hands on the BEST ENERGY drinks out there. They are 0carbs and 0sugar and they work wonders. I am a lawyer, which explains my need for Energy drinks since I work crazy hours at times. I usually order a few boxes of Energy drinks at the beginning of each month and they get delivered to my door step. There is about 7 different types of flavors, they are all natural, do not have negative health effects on you, some of them also help you lose calories due to the herbs in them, and the best part is THEY REALLY WORK. ONE RECOMMENDATION, do not just go to a grocery store and pick up a red bull, rockstar or one of those labels that you find everywhere, because they are extremely unhealthy for you and have an adverse effect on your body since they give you energy and than drop you back down very fast.

Most energy drinks that are sold in grocery stores are really unhealthy. Thus, I suggest you drink herbal tea. Try brewing some green tea with lemon. It's a great energy booster (with antioxidants) without the bad effects of other energy drinks. Also try eating foods w/ glucose (i.e. grapes). Good luck!

try brewing yerba mate tea at home, you can but the leafs in heath food stores, and it tastes good hot or cold, ( i add lemon and honey)
its great for your health and gives you wicked energy without any crap you find in store beverages.
