no, it should be given back to the immigrants......or be used towards their $2000.00 that they will need to pay once the senate bill passes.....or be taken by our govt and allow them to pardon their crime of illegal entrance into the US.

Why? since all of the illegal immigrants are not from Mexico.There are Illegals here from Africa, Asia, Central and South America and North America.

Actually, the two governments could exchange invoices ... the Mexican govt could send an invoice for the earning suspense file, and the American govt could send an invoice for the cost of education, hospitals, jail and court costs, deportation costs ... you name it .... I think Mexico would come out being the losers on this one ....

7 billion nationally doesn't even cover Californias 10 billion deficit alone.
Taxes paid here NEVER belong to another foriegn government. That went out with the Stamp Act!!!

I would say a resounding no; it should be used to subsidize the present cost of illegals participating in social services, instead of using that fund for subsidizing wars. Google that, you shall see.
