I use it 'cuz I don't want no one to no that I'm a girl....(I'm a repair "man" and do all my work over the Internet! )

if you have a dell computer than you can go to control panel voice,speech and then click on speech then enter your text and press the button and a weird sounding man will say what you typed in.
