Can I change a PowerPoint document into a Word document with just the click of my mouse. Please tell me How?

Sure!
Open the PowerPoint document, click File / Send To / Word Document. Choose your page layout and click OK.
This is available in PPT 2003, but may not be available in other Office versions.

Yes, open your presentation in powerpoint. Click File, Send To, Microsoft Office Word. A window will pop up asking how you want to have it formatted.
