Yes it is. It works for me. I take Schiff Move Free Glucosamine Chondroitin and i can tell the difference when I miss a few days.

yes it is...its been on the market for some time and has been on the market even longer for dogs...I myself take it and have had great improvements with my knees....but if you're concerned then speak to yur doctor first about taking it
