Have any of you girls broke up with a guy b/c u lost the feelings and then went back after a break?

I know my gf loved me. We were together for 11 months. I never did anything bad to her but I was clinging too much b/c we lived apart for the last 6 months. She definitely doesn't have feelings for me right now but I think if we ran into each other down the road they would come back... or if I just leave her alone for a while. I am moving on in the meantime. She is in Miami, the people there are fake and relationships dont flourish there. I think she is just caught up in the scene and the attention.

My advice is to stop making excuses. She broke up with you, and she no longer has feelings for you. Move on (really move on - don't just say it), and let her move on.. You can't predict what will happen down the road, and all you're doing is finding a false security by believing you two might get back together someday. You're going to be let down sooner or later, so the sooner you realize it's over, let go of it & truly move on the better. You say you are moving on "in the meantime," but I don't believe you can move on while you are holding on to what might become in the future with your ex.

For your first question, once I break it off with someone it's for keeps. I don't believe in 2nd chances. If you screw up enough to deserve being broken up with (including being too clingy), then that'd be enough for me.
