First & foremost cut all caffeine from your diet. Also, limit your sugar intake throughout the day. Both of these items can agrivate the sense of anxiety and cause restlessness. So limiting and or cuting them from your diet all together can help.
Meditation is good for the soul and body. Deep breathing exercises can help. Find a spot in your home where you can have YOUR TIME, Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, clear your mind. Start with small relaxing breathing, work it up to deep breaths hold them for a few seconds and release, once you are in your ZONE, return your breathing to small breaths.
Other aspects that may help you IF they pertain to you are:
Have you recently gone through any trama? Mental/Physical? If so you may want to try writing your thoughts out on paper or speaking with someone so that you are not holding in your feelings.
If you were a smoker you may want to contact your Dr. & get a patch so you can ween off the nicotine.
Lastly if none of these helps you, you should get out and do something, don't sit home alone and watch TV or play games or IM on the computer go outside and physical activities. Bike ride, walk, play ball with some friends, go shopping, whatever. Good Luck. :)

first you should think and find out that what is it that makes you mad or gives you anxiety?
then see if you can solve that problem with other than getting anxious or angry.
tell to yourself well that happened, so what? It can happen to every one. Do they get mad like I do?, I am still alive and can fix it. tell to your self that nothing is more important than your health and if it happened again you will react differently. If you are meeting some one and getting anxiety, think that what about this meeting gives you that feeling. be truthful to find it. is it the way you dress makes you worry? or what ever reason; try to fix it. if you cant fix it well it is out of your hand and that is ok.

alway think that the others may have anxiety to meet you too, because they don't say it doesn't mean it does n't exist.

do exercise and be with people, that makes you feel better. and remember if you love people they love you and they give you positive energy.

good luck

I would recommend meditation. What I do is in the morning put on mellow music and stretch while breathing softly and meditating. It helps if you start the day relaxed and unwound. At the end of the day if I'm stressed out I do the same thing. While meditating try to daydream that you are in a relaxed environment like a beach or something similar.

Close your eyes and imagine that you are in a place which is very comforting to you. This could be a forest, a lake, a beach, etc. Feel yourself there, imagine what the air smells like, what the ground feels like, and so on. Imagine yourself interacting with your environment, take a walk, etc. Soon you will be calm.

We have tools of our own consciousness (visualization, meditation, affirmation) that work to empower, strengthen and bring peace to body, mind, spirit in balance. Start each day with a ritual of affirmation, visualizing your own good, then a protection that allows all positive to enter and filters all negative energies. It works, try it!

chamomile tea is an excellent mood stabilizer...if you are anxious, it will calm you, if you are depressed it will raise your spirits..it is not a cure all but once your mood is stabilized, you can better think through the things that make you feel that way...good luck!
