I just answered this before so here goes again. And no -you should not let people stone you-who would do that?
Stones can kill. In the past it was used as punishment to put people to death.
He had every right to protect himself. If the others did not show any response of violent--than the man would probably not have been shot. In a way they were just as responsible for what happen. Happens often-people inciting riotous behavior and people get hurt.

Don't throw bricks at ppl and you would not risk getting shot. They can kill you if they hit you on the head. The Border Patrol agent was doing this in self defense.. Secure our borders and this would not have happened...

Hell no. That border agent that shot that punk did the right thing. I'm glad he did it. That's one more that won't be over here making this country look like a cess pool. If I could meet the guy that shot him, I would thank him.

to the first two people, PANCHA is trying to say that a border patrol agent was wrong for shooting a person who was trying to cross the border and was throwing large rocks at the border patrol agent.
