Think about it this way, you'll be 18 soon and that will make your relationship illegal. Im a strong believer that age doesnt and shouldnt matter but when it comes to underage and of age thats where you should draw the line. Im not saying dont bother, im just saying be friends untill she is 18, if you can stay close that long then the relationship will probably be better for it anyways.

If you were old enough to have a 13yr old daughter,would you be happy about her seeing a 17yr old guy,honestly? She might act mature but she's just a kid and you know it's wrong.I don't think her family would be too happy about you seeing her...or the cops if you're thinking about sleeping with her. Ok, it's only a 4yr age difference,and that's fine when you're both older,but not when she's still a kid.I think you're hoping someone will tell you it's ok for you to have a relationship with her,but you know that's not gonna happen....unless a pack of sickos reply. There's doubt in your head when you have to ask the question in the first place.

Being mature doesn't change the fact that she's 13, and you'll soon be 18 which would make it illegal for you to have sex with her. Now, if you can remain friends or bf/gf without intercourse, and you can wait until she's 18 - AND I REALLY DOUBT THIS - Then go for it.
Oh yeah, and if her parents and your parents are cool with it.

this isn't a big age difference, but wait a few years... 13 year old girls are fast, but that doesn't make it right... someone needs to beat their asses back down to size... a 13 year old was flirting with my man (27 years old), and i'm 27 years old... children are growing up too fast that's why there's so many slutty women and nobody wants to commit exclusively anymore

well that can go good for now ut when you hit 18 your ganna be in some trouble and have to wait on her...but if you both like eachother and you have parents consent you should be able to stay togethere withougt leagal penalties but please abstinance
