I need help with my monitor...?

OK... I have a samsung DLP monitor i recently bought for $259.99 20 inch..i went to brandsmart after i bought it from circuit city i saw them watching tv on the monitor and i was suprised how do you do that connect your monitor so i can watch tv on it...

install a TV tuner in it

buy a tuner card ...and install it...then shove the aeriel lead into that. OR
Go surf the net for free streaming sites www.aftv.com is a good example of this.
