It certainly sounds like you're doing enough cardio and we know that burns fat.
It sounds like you need to actually write out a program and follow it religiously for 6 weeks.
I suggest you start with your diet. You absolutely must keep track of your calorie intake.
Fat loss is aided by eating small meals and there's a thin line between a small meal and a medium meal. That line is at 400 calories for women.
If you were to make breakfast, lunch and dinner 300 calorie meals
with an apple or banana in between (I swear by LeanCuisine)You should be well into the 1100 to 1300 calorie range. Very efficient for fat loss if you keep a regular routine of fitness training 3 x's per week.
The frequency of eating no more than 3 hours apart means you're body won't put out as much insulin as if you only ate 3 larger meals per day.
Have you considered a strength training routine for the rest of your body? Adding more muscle to your frame will automatically step up your metabolism and burn more fat.
Above all, keep it simple. Write it down before. Write it down after you do it.
You should be able to take off your 20 pounds in 6 weeks all while you're feeling and looking great!
The bottom line is if you want it badly enough, nothing will stand in your way.

There is a new weight loss plan called Cinch inch loss plan. On most diets, you lose muscle, as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat, and your metabolism drops. The doctors, nutritionists, and scientists at this company drew upon years of sports and nutrition science to create an easier and healthier plan. In a recent preliminary clinical trial, the scientists tested a proprietary formula enhanced with the amino acid leucine. People in the program lost fat, weight, and inches while retaining 100% of their lean muscle.
If you would like to find out more about this program, feel free to contact me and I'll provide you with the website.
Hope this helpful.

Yes, this is a huge problem for women. "Show Biz" expects women to perpetually starve themselves. And I do mean "starve." For example, Marsha Cross has stated, point-blank, that she considers herself as being paid to strarve to keep her role on "Desperate Housewives."
The problem is that your body knows what's a healthy weight for you to be, and it will resist all of your efforts to look "glamorous," when "glamorous" isn't "healthy."
I started dieting when I was only fifteen. Twiggy was the fashion standard back then, and I only wanted to be thinner (not totally scrawny, like she was at that time). I was what would be a U.S. Missy size 8-10 now (actually, I was smaller in the waist--only 24"--but my hips were "unacceptably" large), which would be considered "normal" by any health standards, but "borderline hippo" by show-biz or model standards.
All that I can tell you is that constant dieting has made me--over the decades--HUGE! I won't say just HOW huge, but trust me on this--it is really, really big. And the only way that I could stop gainng weight was to entirely stop dieting, which I did nearly 20 years ago. Dieting ruined my health and MADE ME FAT.
I don't know how those who are just starting out in show biz manage. I mean, the established stars have trainers and plastic surgeons and in-home chefs. There's is no way that someone who hasn't "made it" yet can afford this sort of thing. But "they" want you to have that "high maintenance" look before they'll even accept you and pay you the money to AFFORD that look. It's really frustrating!
As a feminist, I'd love it if all women would get together and rebel against this "size fascism." "Size fascism" is parading as "health", but it's really all about making women look small and unthreatening to males. But women themselves internalize these "looks standards" and even enforce them with other women. There is no getting away from it!
So, short of sending you dire warnings about potential long-term hazzards that are associated with dieting (potential for anexoria, early-onset osteoporosis, infertility, and even long-term weight GAIN), I will tell you to eat only "healthy" foods, to knock off all beverages except for water (a little coffee and tea is OK), to be sure and get some "good" fats in your diet (you need to get a few grams, at least, of "Omega 3" oils every day), eat plenty of vegetables, low-glycemic fruits (berries are excellent), and enough high-fiber, unrefined foods to get at least 20 grams of fiber per day. Protein should be around 1/2 gram for every pound of your "ideal" weight. It would be helpful to cook your own meals "from scratch," so that you know what you're putting into your mouth. If possible, avoid any and all "convenience foods," even the ones that say that they're "diet" foods (unless you're good at reading and understanding the labels and know how to spot unhealthy ingredients).
Good luck!.

Top weight loss tips
Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.
