Not necessarily anything I have done but sometimes if I am swearing too much my hubby threatens to spank me and when he says that it is really a turn on. His favorite is the naughty school girl scenario. I put on my tiny plaid skirt, 5" stilettos and a tight white blouse then go into the principals office and just start swearing. Never has there been a question of deserving to be spanked, its a desire, an urge. I crave to be spanked during sex, the more intense the better.
