Wait until the reading of the will after the person whose will it is passes away. If you don't like what you hear you can only dispute the will if you are part of the immediate family. There is no legal obligation on anyones part to leave something to you.

You will be contacted by the Executor of the will in question if you have a legacy coming to you. That is how you find out someone put something in a will for you to inherit.

You should contact your lawyer and ask your lawyer to contact his/her lawyer. You might have to talk to the person who has the will to give you permission to view it. It's not a good idea if this person isn't an immediate relative etc. because it kind of gives the idea you only want to be with them for whatever you can get your hands on. But yeah, lawyer for sure.

Sneak around and find a copy in the person's home or wait till that person dies and they actually open and read the will.

You can't find out until the will is officially opened after the death of the writer.

You could ask, but that's rude...wait until the person dies, you will be notified.
