Because the average undocumented worker has no means to come legally.....The govt. sets the bar so high, it doesn't allow poor people to come here for an honest living.....Instead, this govt. allows these people to be exploited by business.....They are the victims and somehow seen as the victimizers....What kindof logic is that? The one's who hold power, govt and business bare no culpability?

they'll follow the path of least resistance. immediately unlawful immigration guidelines are literally not enforced absolutely everyone can walk by the border at any time. there is effectively no resistance. The legal immigration direction is backlogged for 10 years and full of infuriating paperwork and purple tape. that's almost not conceivable. If we favor to channel human beings by the legal paths, we ought to lessen the resistance on the legal direction and advance the resistance on the unlawful direction. Make it troublesome to bypass the border advance the prospect, advance the punishment. mutually, streamline the legal gadget, decrease down the wait time and make legal immigration simple and welcoming. not something you do can thoroughly get rid of unlawful immigration. yet making it sufficiently unappealing will keep all notwithstanding the worst and maximum determined from attempting it.

I understand your question and where you are coming from.
I dont think its very humane to just automatically shoot people. But look at where the border is, California and Texas, and obviously a few other states. Anyway, without being too stereotypical, you have hick type millitia on the borders. These are people who are extremely zealous to their cause. They are extremely patriotic, sometimes thats tied in with white power or religion so its a very lethal combination.
A lot of people who live in those places now resent people of hispanic origin, discrimination breeds hate.
But what can you do when most of the country supports it?
Really, the people who are coming over know their risks, so at this point, you have to begin to think about how bad it must be where they are from if they are willing to risk their lives to get over here.
Its their own choice to try to come here illegally. I wish people wouldnt shoot them but at this point i think it got so bad that force was the only option to begin to display that we are serious about illegal immigration.
Everyone wants a peice of the american pie and now americans are thinking that the pie is getting smaller so they are willing to kill to keep the pie. But hell, thats not a new story, americans are willing to die for their country, and they are willing to kill other people to keep it as well. Thats not a bad thing under correct circumstances, i just think its sad that its come down to shooting people who want to come to america.

That is considered a very extreme isolated incident; I don't see that being the order of the day. Anymore than prosecuting Border Patrol for making mistakes, as they have done. Our legal system is alive and well on planet USA.

Its not. There is no reason that such force like that should be taken unless they are openly firing first. I hear about horrible crimes in the U.S. commited by americans where the cops didn't open fire at all even when they should have. People need to start thinking straight. When we will shoot someone for walking across an imaginary line but not someone attempting to kill someone then there is a problem.

People trying to enter the USA illegally can be coming into this country for ANY purpose, including terrorism or basic crimes/theft. Shooting people coming into the USA illegally is not unjustified.

Yah that is pretty harsh. But I guess that is the difference between trying to sneak into the red carpet club in the airport and trying to sneak into the president's private birthday party. Sometimes you just have to assess your risks.

Well. If its illegal to enter, and you enter, your breaking the law. Laws are set to make order. If you shoot the lawbreaker. He or She cannot enter. And thus, do not break the law. If we would say, don't enter, but if you do we won't do anything. Then there would be alot of people entering and breaking the law.

Same reason that the Mexican Border Patrol agents will shoot people who are trying to sneak into Mexico.
