Trying to find the owners/managers of a business in Raleigh, NC. I have first names, but need last names and contact information, if at all possible.

Try the North Carolina Secretary of State website which has a corporation name look up. The site might also allow you to look up LLCs and partnerships.

I would try the local chamber of commerce(maybe their directory -the local library may have a copy) and/or the state agency responsible for registering businesses. In OK it is the Secretary of State - all businesses must register with this agency, although they do not have to disclose owners, just registered agents, this may be different in your state. Frequently the city also has a registration process for businesses so you might check with that agency. I will point out the obvious and assume you have either tried these or they are inappropriate in this instance; a direct call to the business, using the excuse of wanting to send material to the party or an exhaustive web search. Also if the business is regulated, even a restaurant, then the info might be available at the regulatory agency. Good Luck

Look up business records for NC. Try the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
