Yes you can, lay the tuna steak on a baking tray in some foil, sprinkle with black ground pepper and squeezed lemon. Wrap up the foil and place on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven approx 190/200c and bake for about 20 mins. Be careful of the hot steam when unwrapping. To avoid the tuna being over cooked or tough make sure the oven is not too hot. Fresh tuna is a million times better than tinned tuna if cooked properly. Hmmm enjoy!

U can but theyare best grilled or sauteed. Baking or roasting dry's them out to much.
Another good way is to steam tuna steaks in the oven. Coat the steaks in butter or olive oil and add your favorite fresh herbs or a slice of lemon. Wrap each steak in some heavy auminum foil and place them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
They come out moist and delicious.

Yes, but don't ruin the tuna. Buy something else less expensive. Tuna is best served grilled either rare or medium rare at most. Anything else dries the tuna and the good taste is lost. In my opinion the best is seared and raw in the middle. That with a little saki will set you free.

Of course!
Try this (this works for most fish, just adjust baking time for thickness of the fish)
Set your oven to 350
Wrap the tuna in parchment paper after dotting it with butter, parsely and dill (or whatever spices you like - some bake them with thinly sliced lemon, too). After you've wrapped it in the parchment paper, wrap it in foil, put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for, oh, 20 minutes or so. Depending on the size of your steak, it should be done - if it flakes nicely and is no longer, translucent, it's done! Pour any leftover butter from the wrappings over the fish, squeeze some lemon onto it, and enjoy!
If you don't have parchment paper, just wrap the foil twice around it - I just prefer not to have aluminum foil touch my food for various reasons.

Yes, You can bake anything, it just sometimes taste' different.
Most Fish can be baked though this can affect the texture!
Steaming is probably the best for fish though you may need sauce.
Try baking carrots, the taste like parsnips.
