Even a rock can kill you if it hits you in the right spot like the head, it depends on the situation whether or not it is justified.

You sure are allowed to defend yourself ... rocks big as a softball thrown with force and with the intent to harm you is indeed a deadly weapon ... and in the case of the border agents, it was not a single rock thrower, there seemed to be plenty of backup with more stones .... what did you expect the border agents to do? Go scrabbling around for stones to throw back? With missiles flying around their ears? While one of their numbers had been hit and injured? Jeez ... talk about bending over backwards to appease unlawful behavior .......

if i threw soft-ball sized rocks at you, i don't think you would just stand there and take it. i'm not saying its right that he was killed, but the agent had a right to shoot him.

Did I miss a question?? It is not, but I would say that I would be pretty scared of someone throwing stones at me...it really depends on how big they were.
