Keyloger Virus removers (Spyware) Where do i get a FREE copy to fix Computer?

I need something that can fix computer.. noit tell me this and that is wrong and want me to pay for it to fix.. i have a Keylogger on my computer and i want it out

A couple of decent utilities for this are Spybot and AdAware.

Also, check that your Hosts file has not been corrupted. It can be found at either \\Winnt\System32\drivers\etc or \\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

You should most likely have nothing in the Host file below the "127.0.0.1 localhost" line. If there is a bunch of stuff in there, try to find another, uneditted version to copy over.

Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All three are free.

If that does not work, then it is a virus, not a spyware (most likely spyware). Download and run AVG virus scanner from http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg71free_405a782.exe for free

download "avg free" for viruses and "ewido" for spyware. both are free and work good
