Not cold showers, but real cool showers get me going! There really is no way to calm down...unless my kids start irritating me...Thats about it.

tough it out usually, give in and handle it myself, or call someone(friend, family, or someone i can't stand) the thought goes out of your mind as soon as you hear mom's voice lemme tell ya.
