I would think it was sweet as long as they were clean, not like as soon as i got done running or home from work, but like after a shower - it would be sweet.
If you're with a woman who thinks its a little weird give her a foot rub and just kiss them during it - nothing strange about that. As far as foot fetish's go i would say this is innocent
