Cats don't have pores; they release heat through their ears. See all the blood vessels under the skin? It's perfectly natural for their ears to feel hot so I advise you not to worry about it.

A dry nose is also not necessarily indicative of illness. My cat's nose will sometimes go dry, especially after she has been phsyically active. Check in a few hours and it will most likely be wet again; if the dryness persists for a few days then you should have her checked out.

Good luck!

Why do you ask us? I doubt any of eles are Vets. Nah, I am joking. But It's best to take your cat to the Vet. Noses don't have to wet to be healthy it's just a myth. The hot ears, I am not so sure, too much time in the sun? Take your cat to the vet. :)

Yeah, I agree with the other respondants that you should have a vet check out the ears. Sometimes extra warm ears can be a sign of ear mites, or so I have heard. Doesn't hurt to be safe.

Give Kitty a hug for me please.

Hope this helps.

Most cats should have warm ears . Not sure about the nose. If the ears are cold she/he may have a drop in body temperature.

Those are signs of a sick cat. You can also feel between the cats thigh and body with you finger to see if it has a fever.

i might call the vet if it gets worse. while my canines isn't feeling stable (has a tummy-soreness) he's unusally affectionate and in simple terms looks unhappy. He perks up while he's feeling greater useful. Your cat must be the comparable, If it keeps i might call a vet.
