Intelligence, yes the ability to have a meaningful conversation will score many points in my opinion.
Confidence: You know you're attractive, you know you can handle a career and you can get your own oil changed.
Stability: Stable job, education, mental health issues medicated =)
Now the little things:
PERFECT hygene, no exceptions there. A woman must always be upon approach in that department. This of course does not mean she can't get dirty, and smelly during a football game or etc.
Personality: Not a little thing, but forgot to list above.
I'm attracted to a sense of humor, and it goes far with me.
Compassion, I wan't a woman who not only cares about herself but is willing to care even more for somebody else. In exchange I offer the same back.
Sexualilty: All men like some kink. Various positions, locations, etc... Be willing to try everything at least once.
Style! Sweatpants are for around the house. Have some style, some flash, show the world you are confident with who you are. In that way, you attract me even more.
a good woman is a woman who places her family first. She is humble, nice, sweet, not a party girl, never do crazy thing, never sleeps around.

That's an "eye of the beholder" kind of question. I think a good woman is one who is strong, smart, faithful, understanding, has a sense of humor and is smoking hot! But someone else might like a weak, subservient, low-self esteem woman who he can push around as some sort of slave...yikes! Just don't bow down to what the guy wants, be your own person first!

A good woman is a woman who will be real with you has no need to be dishonest to you.She is smart,funny,caring,loving.She will help anybody who needs help.The kind of person you can count on for anything what ever she can do to help she will.She can also put up with the bad times.She's willing to fight it out and give her all in what ever situation.Not perfect but is willing to give her all.
