when i brake the lumps thire is a hole in side it and puss comes out of it. some times i am itchy and it feels like somthing is cralling on my skin like a bug but i dont see nothing. I did have scabies at one time.

It sounds like maliaria.
This is a condition when the pores on the body become blocked with dead skin and dirt.
The sweat is not released fast enough and builds up beneath the skin.
Sounds like yours has become infected so i would take a small quantity of anti-histamine for a period of about i month put on a bit ofsteroid cream and try like buggery not to get hot or sweat AT ALL.

feels like prickly warmth (warmth rash) attempt an antihistamine have you ever been round any unusual flora at present some flora with mild hairs can stick in you and function a similar result (poison ivy?) or perhaps fibreglass loft insulation
