he has to give you what your physician has you on. If you are requesting an early refill he can refuse to fill it. or he has the option of giving you something to avoid you from having withdraws and relief your pain. Go to the ER for now until your dr. gets back take your bottles to prove what you are on.

Yes it is legal. I would suggest going to the ER. Then most definately talk to your Dr as soon as he gets back.
