I have some questions to ask you...
Did you make the video? I was just thinking you might be a film-maker and want people to see your film.
If not, do you want to kill your mom? Or perhaps you are angry with women? If the answer is maybe, I suggest you think about talking to a professional about this. I'm not being funny with you, I just wonder if maybe it would help.
I am very interested in films and in art and in free speech, but I fear for a world in which people get a kick out of watcing a kid kill his mother.
Aa a previous answerer said, it depends on what the mother had done to the kid, but either way, this is worrying.
Of course children have murderous feelings towards their parents, even when the parents are OK. But to act out these feelings is serious and not entertaining.

I view that the same as I would if the Mother killed the kid! I think both should be put on death row! There is no excuse good enough!
A kid can call the abuse hot line and be taken out of a bad situation!
It's harder for a parent to get rid of a nasty kid, but it still can be done!

This is crazy, don't see anyone being killed. And as for the actual question, I guess it would depend on what the mother had done to the child. But no one has the right to kill anyone!
