They only hate the Jehovah Witnesses?

Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:

(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.

(Luke 6:22) Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.

(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

Friend, I can't help but answer your question with a question. You appear to phrase your questions (you have several posted) as if you are one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I, for one, am not sure if you are. Or if you are, maybe you haven't been studying very long, or maybe you are young or going through a questioning period, i don't know and I do not mean to insult you if you are asking these questions for a genuine reason.

I do see that you have not been posting questions for very long but I think if you take a good look at the results of those questions (the answers you are getting) you will see that the questions are instigating controversy and even some hateful talk. If you are one of Jehovah's Witnesses and are looking for genuine answers to these questions I suggest you turn to your congregation, the person you are studying with, your Elders, your friends there. You will get some genuine answers here but at your congregation you will get the same answers without all the unecessary derogetory comments.

If your intention is not to stir up controversy and arguments but to simply get truthful answers to your questions, you won't find one here without the other. I really hope you are not someone posing as a Witness to stir up arguments.

Because it is hard for me to tell which is the case, I will wait for you to either contact me or add some details to your question enlightening us as to your motivations. If you are honest in your motives, please do one of those two things so the rest of us will know.

No group has a monopoly on being hated. If you want to be less hated, clean up your act, so that no one will have a reason to hate you. Jehovah's Witnesses are all too often quite obnoxious. Incidentally, Bible scholars say Jehovah is a mistransalation. Yahweh is the proper name to use.

At matt:24:9 "be hated"at '14' it states that "the good news must be
preached in all the inhabited earth" at Acts.20:20 it states that.
these things would be taught publicly and from HOUSE to HOUSE.
Jehovah's witnesses do this because it was commanded by our
Lord CHRIST JESUS.they know that they will be hated and
persecuted by many.but they also know that many honest hearted ones
will listen, and try to learn more of the life giving message that they proclaim.

Just don't answer the door, and society doesn't hate Jehovah's witness! Where did you get this misconception?

And hate is a strong word don't you know?

nicely i do no longer hate them. even with the shown fact that that's form of rude to return to peoples doors and in fact say that there existence could desire to be incorrect in the experience that your no longer a Jehovah witness. Or the reality that the hide pedophiles and don't checklist. They even sent letters out to the elders telling them to attain this. It develop into use in a courtroom case against them it relatively is how they lost the case and this female have been given 28million money. After that multiple circumstances like that got here out. Or Jehovah witnesses rules like examine apostate literature. I even have greater yet i do no longer think of human beings hate Jehovah witnesses merely the religion itself

Jesus said: "If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were part of the world the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, butI have choosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you." (John15:18,19: See also 1Peter 4:3,4) The Bible shows that the whole world lies under Satans control:he is the principal instigater of the persecution.-
1John5:19, Rev.12:17.
Jesus also told his disciples: You will be objects of hatred by all people on account of my name". (mark13:13)
The word "name" here means what Jesus officially is, the Messianic King. Persecution comes because Jehova,s Wittnesses put his command ahead of those of any earthly ruler.

It states in the bible that the witnesses (true followers) of jehovah, will be the most slandered, made fun of, ect............And for those that think they are "bothersome" It also says in the bible that everyone will get atleast one chance to follow the right path, They are trying to ensure that chance, you are making a mistake if you don't atleast listen, or do some research...........

Jesus Christ too was hated for his teaching. Jesus instructed in Mt 28:19,20 to do this work (among other scriptures). HE was hated, ridiculed and died for it. Jesus said that the same would be true in the Last Days. We seek to share with people a positive message. A hope. Reaching someones heart can most effectively be done the way Jesus taught. By going "door to door".
It's not easy for us to do this, but we do it because of our Love for our neighbor. We expect such responses.

Have you read Watchtower literature? It is pretty hateful toward what it calls "Christendom," which is their paraphrase for everyone who isn't a JW.

When a JW (I call them that not out of disrespect, but because I'm too lazy to type Jehovah's Witnesses) comes to my door, I draw them in. I keep my Bible at the ready, to point out where their translation is different from mine (the RSV is usually the best for this purpose.)

They are being misled, and I treat them with love and acceptance. I just don't agree with them carte blanche.
