Depending upon where you are flying and which airline you are flying with, there are a huge variety of services and procedures. Some airports have special security screening lines for VIPs, though not all do. You will generally be allowed to board the aircraft first and be served a drink while you wait for the unwashed masses to find their respective seats. A meal will probably be served to you during the flight that will not be available to the other passengers on board the aircraft.

As far as embarking procedures go, there isnt really anything that could be changed. They call you, you walk on board the airplane, you sit down. You must still comply with all the same rules and regulation as everyone else, you just get a little more legroom to do it in.
