It means u have unresolved conflict or issues with that person,or its a part of your self you wish to change or get rid of.Such as an addiction or bad habit.It also means u harbor unforgiveness in your heart and have pent up rage and or anger.It could also mean u suffered abuse of some kind or went through a trauma as a child.

It can mean several different things.
1). You have a conflict that needs to be settled with that person.
2). That person really hurt you in the past, or will hurt you in the future.
3). Or it could mean absolutly nothing.
4). It could also represent hidden unconscious motives.
