Why do people say that most Mexicans that come illegal are indigenous?

They say they are the "brown" people and the true owners of this land. Most Mexicans that come are Meztizo or part white...correct?

not most, but some. But even if they are part white the other part is still indigenous. So as far as I am concerned this land belongs to the American indegenous more than anybody. Look at History there was an awful genocide committed and it very rarely tlked about. America has a very very very very evil history.

Mexicans are not part white. They are ancestors of the Inca indian with a Spanish mixture. The most important part of the year 1492 is that the Moors(dark skin arabs were driven out of Spain). Before that Spanish were white. The king of Germany was once the King of Spain also!
They do not intend to stay here. Money is sent home often. This savings will enable them to "retire" more lavishly in Mexico.

Mexicans who are in the US illegally are not indigenous. That is an inherent contradiction. If they are indigenous to Mexico, then they are Mexicans. If they are indigenous to the US, then they are Americans, or American Indians. There are Mexican Indians, but just because they, or their ancestors were born in the Northern American Continent does not mean that they have the right to roam the whole continent without any regard for political borders.
