there are a few things that could be happening.
yes, I suppose you could be pregnant. (i was 13 weeks pregnant before I realized it... I had 4 month old twins that kept me distracted).
it does take awhile for the vasectomy to 'take' the verile sperm has to get washed out either through sex or through masturbation. I have read that it can take up to 3 months before doctors advise having sex without additional protection. I suppose it could take longer but it would be a little unusual to still be potent after 7 months.
yes you do have lots of hormones that will mess with your cycle. this is why I was 13 weeks pregnant and didn't know it... my doctor also didnt' think to test for it because so many of the hormones can mimic pregnancy hormones and do very funky things to your body.
The only way to give yourself some piece of mind is to take a test.

Normally when you are nursing your child, you do not have your periods for 4 to 6 months and sometimes more. It is just spotting that you have observed and nothing beyond that. Once you say that your husband has 'got fixed', there is no chance of your getting pregnant now with him. It is not a pregnancy that you have now. So do not worry.

usually you are not suppose to be able to get pregnant when your husband has had a vasectomy, but it sometimes doesn't take or the doctor didn't do it right. guys after a vasectomy are suppose to go have a sperm count after the surgergy is done in afew weeks until they are told that they have a zero sperm count. you can buy a home pregnancy test and check sometimes our body tricks us with a falsoe pregnancy be safe and test yourself and have hubby get a sperm count to see how well the surgergy went.

I've heard of men's visectamys not being done properly, and they can still get women pregnant.
So it is a possibility.
But the most likely thing is stress. Stress can cause a lot of similiar symptoms as pregnancy.
My best advice: get a pregnancy test.

assuming you are only having relations with him you still could be.
he needs to be tested i know people with 2 ducts and only one was snipped. i would think otherwise his live boys would be gone due to the time factor. there is also the possibility the cut grew back. know people that have had that happen also. he needs to have a sperm count done

usually they claim there is still sperm in the tubes, the doctors only cut the Vas, and tie it and burn it, so there still is a loaded gun so to speak, most people masterbate for 30 -40 times after they heal to insure they are cleared and also get rechecked,
