It's rape if she clearly says no, or if she had no ability to even choose. (Obviously, some men either frighten or render them speechless so she CAN'T say "no." Lack of saying "no" does not equal saying "yes" though.)

Whether she likes the feel of it or not, isn't the point.

Glad you don't care whether people think you're a rapist or not. O.o

But seriously, again, if you have to ask... it shows some serious issues with respect and knowing right from wrong.
-----
In a trusted relationship, with the guy and time and place I choose, (which obviously wouldn't be rape), it could be appealing to pretend that the guy is so crazy about me, he can't even help himself. (BUT it's pretend). AND, it doesn't change the fact that any time, I actually have the ability to stop at whatever point I need to.

Most of these answers are really unfair. The best thing to know is: Take every "No" seriously. DON'T EVER PUSH PAST THE FIRST "NO," even if you believe she's playing games.

One female defense in a rape is to pretend to like it. This is supposed to turn the attacker off. Having known too many girls who were raped at parties while passed out, I learned that pretending to like it is believed to get the guy off more quickly. Girls can also pretend to still be passed out, in order to avoid confrontation that they feel they couldn't win in that weakened state. I think there is a subtle difference in the severity of the deviant's mind, between a party-rapist and a stranger-rapist. However, guys: DON'T GO THERE! It is rape. You can be prosecuted. And c'mon, how good can it really fee to do a girl who didn't want you first? Gross!! Hire a hooker . . . and learn something you can use.

And, about the orgasm: You wouldn't know if it was real or not, anyway. So don't use that to measure the severity of your act.

A girl could pretend to like it or go along with it because she is afraid of what they guy will do to her. Sometimes a person feels powerless and just want it to be over.

A person can say no, push the person away and still be forced and he or she may just take it because there isn't much else to do if they are unsure what the person is going to do or even capable of doing if they resist too much.

Saying no, pushing the person away, trying to get away, screaming, are indications that is rape. Any forced, unwanted, & unconsented sex is rape. Not every person reacts the same way if they are being raped.

It's rape if at any point, you are told to stop, and you don't.
No means no. Whether you think she'll end up liking it or not. No means no, even if you think she's not serious.
I hope you're not joking, cause it's not a funny subject.
Your perception of the situation may be quite different than hers, and you can never really get that off your record if you get accused. Falsely, or otherwise. Stay safe, dude.

If she says no or gives you any indication that she doesn't want it then it is rape. Maybe you will care what a jury of your peers thinks of you when you are convicted of rape. Get this through your sick little mind...she didn't like it and i hope you get full punishment for your crime!!!!!!!!

If during sexual relations a participant withdraws their consent and the other party continues, then its rape from the moment consent was withdrawn. In other words, if she told you "no", "stop", "I don't want to anymore", "I've changed my mind" or expressed to you in any verbal and or physical manner that she no longer wants to participate in current sexual activity; even if she is enjoying it, and you continues, then legally its rape. "Liking it" have nothing to do with the definition of rape.

Just like many have said if she said no it's rape. Now, if this was some kind of role playing fantasy thing then no.

A lady reported to the Police that she had been raped by an idiot.

"How do you tell the guy was an idiot ?" asked the Police officer.

"I had to teach him how."

Moral of the story: I guess we'll never know what is in a girl's head.
